What Women Really Want in a Relationship

There’s one thing that all women want in a relationship, and it’s the single driving factor that makes everything else seem insignificant. Women want to feel like they are in a relationship with someone who is of a higher status. That’s all it boils down to. Hypergamy is king.
The wording here is particularly important. Notice that I said “feel like.” The way you behave is what dictates the woman’s feelings for the most part. The amount of money you make, the things you own and the things you provide for her will almost always take a back seat to how you treat her. The appropriate alpha behavior is what creates the dynamic where she feels like your status is higher than hers. The appropriate beta behavior is what makes her feel secure in a relationship where the power distribution is lopsided in your favor.
The combination of alpha and beta behavior at anywhere from a 3:2 ratio to a 4:1 ratio makes a woman feel special in a way that nothing else can. Here you are in a relationship with her, and your alpha behavior demonstrates that you clearly have more status than her. She feels privileged to spend time with you and to receive your affection. Naturally, she’s going to feel a bit insecure that she’s not good enough for you and that another woman might come steal you away. Your correctly-proportioned beta behavior eases these fears to a degree and gives her some comfort to help her deal with the stresses of being in the position she is in the relationship.
